How to place a custom order

Choose the product that matches the intended surface and use.
Select the available size, colour, material, and other options.
Enter the exact text or upload artwork when the listing provides those fields.
Check spelling, dimensions, orientation, and quantity before submitting the order.
Contact Decords before ordering if the required option is not shown.

Artwork and text requirements

For logo and image orders, a vector file such as SVG, AI, EPS, or print-ready PDF usually provides the clearest result. A high-resolution PNG can work for simpler artwork. Very small details, thin lines, low-resolution images, and long text may require adjustment at the selected size. Do not assume that every product includes an artwork redesign service.

How to choose the correct size

Measure the usable application area rather than the complete wall, window, panel, or sign. Leave space around frames, handles, seams, sensors, edges, and moving parts. Product mock-ups illustrate placement but may not show the design at exact scale; use the written dimensions when deciding.

Material and surface compatibility

Custom products in this collection are not all made from the same vinyl. Wall decals, exterior vehicle graphics, window films, mirror stickers, and temporary event decals can use different materials and adhesives. Apply only to a clean, dry, smooth, compatible surface and follow the instructions on the selected product page.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order any custom text?

Selected listings allow names, quotes, dates, business details, or other short text. The available characters, fonts, colours, and text length depend on the product.

Can Decords make a sticker from my logo?

Yes, choose a product that accepts custom artwork or a logo upload. Provide the clearest available file and confirm the required dimensions and surface.

Are all products in this collection personalized?

Most are customizable or related to custom projects, but options vary. Confirm the personalization fields on the individual product page before ordering.

Can I request a custom size?

Some products offer custom dimensions, while others are available only in listed sizes. Contact Decords with the width, height, quantity, and intended surface if the required size is not shown.

Will I receive the complete design shown in the mock-up?

Check the product description for what is included. Some designs contain several separate elements, while others are supplied as one decal. Mock-ups may include furniture or background objects that are not part of the order.

How long does production take?

Standard production is usually 1–3 working days before dispatch. More complex custom work may require additional preparation when stated during ordering or communication.
