Installation and delivery

Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface with sound, fully cured paint. Follow the paint manufacturer's curing instructions and review the compatibility information below before ordering. Wall surface compatibility

Please check your wall surface before ordering and before applying the decal. Our wall decals adhere well to most smooth, clean, and fully cured painted walls. However, certain washable, scrubbable, stain-resistant, dirt-repellent, satin-finish, and other specialty paints or coatings may significantly reduce adhesive bonding. In some cases, adhesive vinyl may not adhere properly to these surfaces.

Because we cannot inspect or control the paint, coating, preparation, or condition of the customer's wall, compatibility with every wall finish cannot be guaranteed. Adhesion failure caused by incompatible paint, coating, contaminated surface, insufficiently cured paint or other conditions of the installation surface is not considered a defect in the supplied decal.

Returns and used decals

Unused items may be returned in accordance with our shop return policy and applicable consumer law. Once a decal has been removed from its backing paper, applied to a surface, cut, torn, creased, contaminated or otherwise materially used or damaged, it can no longer be considered an unused product.

Where permitted by applicable law, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for decals that have been used or applied when the adhesion problem results from an incompatible wall paint, coating or installation surface rather than a defect in the supplied product. By placing an order, you acknowledge that wall surface compatibility affects adhesion and that the suitability of the installation surface should be checked before applying the decal.
