Free Replacement If the Wrong Item Arrives

If you receive the wrong design, size or color, we will remake your order and send the correct item for free via priority mail.

How it works:

  1. Take a clear photo of the item you received.
  2. Contact us within 7 days after delivery and include your order number.
  3. Tell us what was wrong (design, size, color, quantity).
  4. We remake and reship your order via priority mail at no extra cost.

You usually don’t need to send the wrong item back.
If we do need it for quality control, we’ll explain the process and cover any extra costs if it was our mistake.

Lost Parcel Protection – Free Reship If Your Order Is Lost

If your parcel is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address due to the carrier’s mistake, we will create a new order and reship it to you for free via priority mail.

We treat a parcel as lost if:

  • Tracking hasn’t updated for a long time (for example, 30+ days for international orders), or
  • The carrier marks it as delivered, but you didn’t receive anything and the investigation confirms misdelivery.

What to do if you think your parcel is lost:

  1. Check the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email.
  2. If there are no updates or the status looks wrong, contact us with your order number.
  3. We open a claim with the carrier and track the result.
  4. If the parcel is confirmed lost or misdelivered, we reship your order for free.

You can return your order if:

  • The design doesn’t fit your interior.

  • You’re responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defect, etc.).
