Vor der Anwendung:
- Oberflächenvorbereitung: Die Oberfläche sollte sauber, trocken und frei von Staub oder Fett sein. Wischen Sie die Wand mit einem trockenen Tuch ab und lassen Sie frisch gestrichene Oberflächen mindestens 3-4 Wochen aushärten, bevor Sie den Aufkleber anbringen.
- Temperaturprüfung: Die besten Ergebnisse erzielen Sie, wenn Sie die Aufkleber bei Raumtemperatur anbringen. Extreme Temperaturen können die Klebequalität beeinträchtigen.
Anwendung:
- Glätten Sie es: Glätten Sie während des Auftragens alle Blasen mit einem Rakel oder einem Werkzeug mit flacher Kante, indem Sie von der Mitte nach außen arbeiten.
- Nehmen Sie sich Zeit: Seien Sie geduldig und achten Sie darauf, dass der Aufkleber nicht reißt. Wenn der Aufkleber nicht richtig sitzt, ziehen Sie ihn vorsichtig ab und bringen Sie ihn erneut an.
Nach der Anwendung:
- Anfängliche Aushärtezeit: Warten Sie nach dem Aufbringen 24–48 Stunden, bis der Aufkleber getrocknet ist, bevor Sie den Bereich berühren oder reinigen.

Entfernung:
- Sanftes Abziehen: Wenn Sie Ihren Aufkleber entfernen möchten, ziehen Sie ihn vorsichtig in einem 180-Grad-Winkel zur Wand ab. Wenn der Aufkleber Widerstand leistet, können Sie ihn mit einem Haartrockner auf niedriger Stufe erwärmen, um den Klebstoff aufzuweichen.

Frosted wave glass door decal
This adhesive vinyl decal creates a flowing wave pattern on smooth glass. Only the frosted wave shapes are supplied. The glass between and around the waves remains clear, so this is a decorative partial-privacy design rather than a full-pane privacy film.

The glass, door, frame and installation tools are not included.
Choose the size and finish
Available sizes range from 24 x 24 inches to 150 x 150 inches. The selected dimensions describe the outer width and height of the complete installed composition. Choose Regular Etch Glass, Heavy Etch or Blue Sparkle from the available finish options.
Lighting, surrounding colours and the glass behind the decal affect the final appearance. Product photographs are visual examples. If you need exact dimensions that are not listed, contact Decords before ordering. Large versions may be supplied in accurately aligned sections because of production and shipping limits.
Understand the privacy result
The frosted wave areas interrupt the view and continue to transmit light, but clear glass remains between the waves. People and objects can remain visible through the uncovered areas. Silhouettes can also be visible through the frosted sections depending on distance and lighting. This design is not intended to provide complete visual blocking.
Suitable glass surfaces
Apply the decal to clean, dry, smooth and compatible glass. It can be considered for windows, glass doors and interior office partitions. Existing film, silicone, limescale, grease, textured glass, damaged coatings and recurring condensation can reduce adhesion.
For shower glass or another repeatedly wet location, confirm material compatibility before ordering. Do not assume wet-area suitability from the words vinyl, frosted or privacy alone.
Measure before ordering
- Measure the visible glass width at the top, centre and bottom.
- Measure the height at the left, centre and right.
- Record seals, handles, hinges, glazing bars and required safety markings.
- Mark the selected composition size temporarily on the glass.
- Check the clear gaps and privacy level from both sides under normal lighting.
How to apply the wave decal
- Read the supplied instructions before starting.
- Clean the glass using the stated residue-free method and allow it to dry.
- Mark level reference points and position the complete composition.
- Apply the design gradually using the recommended method and tool.
- Press the wave edges carefully and inspect the complete layout.
- Wait for the stated settling period before cleaning the glass.
Care and removal
Use non-abrasive tools and a cleaner compatible with the vinyl and the glass. Inspect exposed edges periodically. Removal behaviour depends on the adhesive, glass coating, sunlight, heat and installation period, so test any residue-removal method in a discreet area.

No. This product contains the frosted wave shapes only. The surrounding glass remains transparent.
